Conditions
Deposit:
A deposit of
$300.00 or
25% is
required when you decide to confirm your wedding. This is taken off the total price of your package.
Payment:
I normally request receiving the balance of
payment in full on your wedding day.
Negatives:
The
negatives remain the property of my studio, unless you wish to purchase
them, which you can do so
12 months after your wedding date.
Reprints:
I have attached a
price list for your wedding re-prints and enlargements.
Full payment must accompany orders.
Proof Albums:
The proof album is
included in the package and belongs to you.
**Note:
To avoid disruption to the photographic coverage and to allow me to fulfill my contracted duty, other photography by family
and friends will be at my discretion. Copyright of all photographs is owned by my studio. I may use any images for industry competitions and
for general promotional advertising. The usage for any other purpose is to be renegotiated between us and will require your permission.
